Saturday, Nick, Jeff, Bob L, Dale, Davd C and I set out for Pinetops, First red flag of the day, David said he ran 14 miles on Friday and he was tired, you know what that means. Brutal winf all the way to Hwy 258. Hit the down hill and tailwind crusing 24/25 with no effort. Afte a short stop in Pinetops heade home pace picked up, back to wilson 52 miles. Sunday grioup of 8, Nick, Big Bob, Bob L. Jeff, Dale, Ronnie,Brian and I did 27 miles, Bend of the River, Old Halifax, 301 nad Elm City. Consistant pace all day group stayed together with everyone taking short pulls. Brian must be a Duke fan as he cut off early. Great days to be on the bike.
