He really spends time with his clients and does everything he can to get the
fit correct. After spending time in his "lab", he goes for a fairly long
bike ride with his clients to make sure they are comfortable. He also
recommends exercises and stretches to offset any imbalances or weak areas.

If you are willing to drive a bit, I highly recommend Greg Combs at
VeloSmart.

Don doesn't do fittings. Raleigh or maybe Goldsboro would be the place to
go. If all else fails, I know that The Bicycle Shop down in Jacksonville on
Marine Blvd. (Hwy 17) just down the road from Western Blvd does fittings.
Jack Kane is the guy who does them out there. He's extremely knowledgable.
He'll build you a bike from the ground up while he's at it if you're willing
to pay a few grand for it too.

Ronnie, DC, Doc, Jim, Dale, Moderate Bob, Bert, James L., Sam and Ken from
RMT and one other (forgot name, my bad). Group split up and I got
Smithfield Rd and Strickland Rd mixed up. Again, my bad. Our group got in
34 at 20+. Only way to slow DC down is to, unfortunately, get in front of
him and do a pull at a slower speed.

Ronnie got us cooking coming down Stoney Hill with the wind and from there
back to OSB, it was a quick, quick pace. DC did most of the pulling. Dale
and Sam showing no signs of any winter lay-off.
