Nick, Jon, DC, Turbo Dan and Cynthia were the hammer head takers today. Jeff
and
Linda wanted a more sane pace and did a little different route, but still ended
with an 18.7 avg...nice job!
The hammer heads finished with 23 miles and a 22.4avg. OUCH!

Looks like the mon/wed/fri 6am OSB ride is growing.  Lets keep it going. :-)

 Cayenne Pepper
Cayenne and Health  (Capsicum annum)
Many herbalists believe that Cayenne is the most useful and valuable herb in
the
herb kingdom, not only for the entire digestive system, but also for the heart
and circulatory system. It acts as a catalyst and increases the effectiveness
of
other herbs when used with them.Ca
