When I left williamston I ran into ran and wind until Jamesville. The rain quit and. The roads dried off but the wind picked up to around 10 right into my face. I had to drop my pace down to keep my heart rate in the 140s. I worked at 77% of max. More than I wanted but I got here. The farthest I've ever been solo. Resting and will decide weather to ride some home. Done around 50 miles got about 35 to go to get to the lake. Lots of wet roads staying just behind the rain. taking about a 15 min break and then heading east again. Seem to be avg. 19 I settled into that pace so far it fills good.
