I cruised solo at 9:00am for some heat training. (because I knew no one was stupid enough to go with me) Nashville, Bailey, Whirligigs, Lucama, Sandy Cross, Nashville for 63 miles. I had nothing the last 10 miles when temps were 95 degrees. I think I'll join an earlier shift tomorrow!
