According to weather.com, we have a 95% chance of thunderstorms at 2
dropping to 50% at 3. My wife left Wilson, heading to Sanford about an hour
ago and she called to tell me that the storm going through Knightdale was so
bad that traffic on 64 was down to 30 MPH. It might not be a good day for a
ride. Tim probably had the right idea by going out this morning.

Dave and anyone else wanting a B ride...I plan to be at OSB at 2 this
afternoon (weather permitting) for a real recovery ride. I don't plan to go
above 18mph. Distance is negotiable, but I would like to get 30-35 miles.
