I plan to ride again this afternoon from the YMCA at 5:00. If anyone is interested in joinng me and needs to leave at 5:15 i will wait or I can meet you somewhere else? I'm looking for about 30miles and not at NASCAR pace...I got that out of my system this morning. DC
