FYI. For anyone interested, this small group of cyclists is encircling the country to raise money and awareness about people who do not have readily available clean water; i.e. where children cannot go to school because they have to walk miles each day to collect water. I am aware of this because their path will go through Rocky Mount where they will spend the night in our church (First United Methodist of RM). They are scheduled to come through (79 miles on that day) on October 19. I've copied the site if you are interested in checking them out, and/or joining in part of their ride in this area.

Due to unfortunate circumstances (i.e. a bike crash set back) I am unable to make this trip. So sorry.
