Fun swim today at Lake Gaston ("The Crossing")... plus, 24 miles solo
on the bike afterwards on River Road, on the north side of the lake.
Its a bit "hilly-er" up there than Wilson! Had rain on the last 4
miles... avg 17.5, happy with that, since I spent a lot of time
