Hello Steven---I am a fellow COW---but I am a very slow rider---so I have not had the pleasure of meeting you, yet. The CF Ride will be held in Wilson on the 24th of Sept---Several COWS ride in the ride to benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This ride has been held for over 30 years, now.
