DC and LR rolled out of OSB at 6:15 for a solid tempo ride, 21.5 miles
at 20.5 avg. No blue/green trucks this morning. We did have increased
traffic with the beginning of school. The route took us out Nash St. to
Packhouse, Bloomery to Pearsons Peak, Horens Church, Old Baily Hwy,
Sliver Lake, Sandy Fork, 97, Sugar Hill, Thompson Chapel and back in on
Nash. Thank once again to DC for keeping the pace in my range. A great
ride, more humid this morning but still beautiful and a great way to
start the day.
