Jim: I am sooooooooooo envious! Morning rides, especially at this time of year are great. Too dark for a daybreak ride before work so I run (more like plod). In making my way back home, I come upon Nick (who is indeed running). I have now discovered Nick's training secret (no he is not doping), he uses a trainer, a four legged trainer.

He is still riding but only for the pleasure of being out on the bike, no hammers, mostly solo or with Prafka. Had enjoyable ride around EC and the airport at conversation pace. Great day to be out on the bike and connect with an old riding buddy. Jim Sent from my iPad -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CyclistsOfWilson-COWs" group.
