Kim is too kind once we got to Gardner's School Little Wally asked if we could be home in 35 min everyone stepped it up. My plan and the girls agreed was just to spin for 40 or so miles. Pulled a Tim Lucas, 40 mile route ended up at 52. Fortunately relatively flat as I had planned to just hang on the back, with the CF ride on Sat and Cotton Century on Sunday didn't want to push. Somehow all plans went out the window, it was the fault of the two wolves, major adrenline rush and the pace really began to pick up at that point. I thought Kim said car back so I look back over the left shoulder in time to see her fly by, hear the click, click of toe nails on pavement, look back right and see 80 lbs of black wolfdog on my wheel, begin the sprint and wolfdog brother comes across the road from the left, he had a bad angle and we were to out run them, they are easily 26 mph wolfdogs. First time I have seen them, on Hwy 222 just before Saratoga. Great ride!
