Ronnie, Bob L and I are recovering from a metric century, Nick is recovering from the football tailgate. We maintain a rolling speed of 19/22. Catch a tailwind and push 24 from Elm City to hwy 58. Meet up with DC at OSB Great recovery ride avg speed 19 mph for 32 miles.
