I did not start it!  And no, that was not an L2 ride!  I let the guys pull me
too fast on the way out, then had to resort to wheel sucking on the return
home.  Painful!  Then had to "run" for 20 minutes.  Painful!  Yet still, it was
a great day to be on a bike.    kp

BTW, Tim, I saw the brownies.

We were suppose to be operating one level above nauseatingly slow or
(L2).  It was more like one level below nauseatingly fast.  KP started
it!  KP, David from Red Oak area and I cruised Red Oak, Battleboro to
Leggett, just above Tarboro, to Big Jims (home of the half pound
brownie bricks)  Didn't see grandma's brownies today but did see some
of her 8'' diameter macadamia nut cookies, back through Whitakers and
Goldrock for 52 miles averaging 19.5 mph.  Headwinds coming back were
nauseating after throwing down a 21.5 mph average getting to BJ's.
Great ride today, though recovery starts all over again.
