I think running takes lesser time & planning sometimes so we just head out on our own, but trying to coordinate runs with groups could really benefit us. If you want to join, just request an add or let me know. I know there are several small groups* that already meet on Saturdays and some during the week, but maybe this can be the one place we post runs and have people show up to try. I’m sure there will be many levels, so please try to describe the run based on estimated miles and pace. If and when we can get this group posting similar to the swimmers and bikers, we should have some consistent group runs with success.
