I'm not positive, but I think DC is who I met first here in Wilson.
Pretty sure he's the one who met me at the old Starbuck's and showed
me a route I could use from the hospital. If he reads this, maybe he
can confirm that for me? It was early last summer.

That race was 39 minutes. Convert to lap counter after 20 minutes.
Don't know what avg pace was...I'll have to go back and look at my
ride file. The dynamic nature of crit racing makes "PACE" highly
variable depending on a multitude of factors.

As far as pace goes, I ended up with an average of 292 watts, but I
was only sitting 2-4 wheel most of the race since my job this time was
to keep one of our other boys safe for a win, hold the field back and
counter any would be attacks. I'll have to pull up the ride file when
I get home to look at pace, but to be quite honest that really won't
tell you anything about the ease or difficulty of a crit, again due to
the extremely dynamic nature of the race.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I would bet my life I saw a couple of guys last
year on a couple of occasions wearing COWs jersey/bibs.
