Finally got to hit the road and headed into the wind and pulled as hard a gear
as I could without blowing up in the first two miles. NOAA said winds were 10
with gust about 17. Anyway got 20.3 miles in peddling around Edgecombe. Found
so good hills for around here and did some climbing repeat's. I think I ended
up with an avg of 17.4. Tail wind was good to me at times. Headed to Tarboro to
get my parents dog out of jail. The love of their life before I have to get
them out of jail.

I'm planning of sat Bob.

Windy and cool, good opportunity for the bsg to ride into the wind with big
gears to simulate climbing in the mtns.
W Hornes, Liles, 97, Thompson chapel, great tailwind on 97.
Great day to be on the bike,
Jim
