Wow great job guys.....you are now ready for some longs weekends with Tim. Lol. But really great job. Nice avg for 100 miles. Seems everyone did a lot more work then I did today. I did the swim portion of the white lake half. 33 min and I was out and done. A nap while the next guy cycled and got a tan while the last guy ran. That's the way to do a tri I tell you. It was hotter then hell out there and I think everyone was suffering on the bike and run. Jon Anderson again finished strong....top 30. Great place for a race if not so dang hot. Brought back bad memories of two years ago when I about died doing all three. On the beach having a few recovery drinks now. Mmmmmmm DC
