I went out earlier...left DD at 7. It was already warm and humid at the
start. Wind was up slightly compared to the last few days. I did a solo
non-CoWs recovery ride and focused on keeping my heart rate below 150. The
head wind and hills made it difficult to maintain a low heart rate, but
overall a very nice ride. Did 40 miles with Pridgen, London Church, 97, Old
Carriage, West Mount, Vaughans Chapel, Bend of the River, 97, London Church,
Lake Wilson, Tilghman. Ended with 17.5 average.
