Susan and I left cloverdale @ 1:30. We left Tim asleep as he had finished another one of those crazy anti-sleep rides. From Nash we went north to Bloomery, old Smithfield, Graham Brantly, 97,Thompson Vaughn Ch.,and back. Some head winds, very nice temps. No nascar ha!, we just cruised at a decent pace on such a lovely day!:) DOG ALERT:Sat. Those same SCARY pit bulls are still on OLD Baliey! I out ran the brown one,but the black was on the left of the road beyond me, and just waited for me, when he got right at the tire, I was about to put on brakes obviously for fear of tripping me, instead he grazed my foot and then just stopped! I really like this road, and the route when I'm by myself, it's just the right amount of miles, but it's detour to Graham Brantly until Tim Bear- Maces those dogs again.
