Bob, Wally and I laid down some big miles this morning on the three county tour. We cruised through Lucama on our way to Kenly. Wilson, Wayne and Johnston Counties. The 3 of us just looking for miles to finish off another big year. Now just a few miles short of 25,000 miles total in 2012 for today's crew. Simi-gentle pace kept throughout the entire ride. We were all riding on tired legs looking forward to a couple days off. A brief pit stop in Kenly then returned to Wilson via St. Mary's Rd. 40+ miles for the day and a 18.5 average. Best way to bring a big appetite to the table tonight! Enjoy!
