Hey Guys, Sorry this took so long-

Gingerbread 

Preheat oven 325

2 Cups white flour      
3/4 Cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp ground ginger

3/4 Cup honey
3/4 Cup molasses
1 Cup vegetable oil
1 egg

1 Cup buttermilk

Measure all dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. In another bowl place oil, 
honey, molasses and egg-beat with a mixer till creamy. Add flour mixture 
alternately with buttermilk beating after each addition till smooth. Pour into 
a greased 9 x3 pan or muffin tins, add pecans on top if you want and bake till 
done, Check with a toothpick. 

Serve with whipped cream and stevia to taste.
