I've updated the w32api package to version 3.3-1:
w32api contains all the headers and libraries required to compile
windows based programs. A list of what has changed is attached.
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
