This package contains the Cygwin rebase utilities. Use rebase for specific DLLs or rebaseall for all DLLs installed by Cygwin's setup.exe. This release adds support for Compact OS and contains a couple of bugfixes of the rebasing algorithm, courtesy Christian Franke.
