Windows iconv() library (Win64/Win32 development)
Windows iconv implementation using Win32 API conversions.
Package provides Mingw MS VC RT-linked binaries, NOT Cygwin binaries,
for use with the mingw64-{x86_64,i686}-gcc cross compiler, installed in
/usr/{x86_64,i686}-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/{bin,lib,include}/.

The following packages have been upgraded in the Cygwin distribution:
* mingw64-x86_64-win-iconv 0.0.8
* mingw64-i686-win-iconv 0.0.8
Thanks to Bruno Haible for reporting issues, requesting an update, and
testing the update, so it could be promoted from test to current stable.

/usr/share/doc/mingw64-x86_64-win-iconv/ChangeLog after installation.

- win_iconv.c, win_iconv_test.c: Make >=0x80 byte illegal in ascii.
- iconv.h: Add WINICONV_CONST macro.
- win_iconv.c: Added alias. ISO_8859-* ISO_8859_*
- win_iconv.c, win_iconv_test.c: Fixed for compiler warning.
