The following package has been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution:

* stress-ng-0.18.12-1

The stress-ng tool can stress various subsystems of a computer.  It can
stress load CPU, cache, disk, memory, socket and pipe I/O, scheduling
and much more.  It is a re-write of the original 'stress' tool but has
many additional features and considerably more stress mechanisms.

This is an update to the latest upstream release.

New stress tests:
--easy-opcode
--mmaptorture
--umask

New stress test option:
--memrate-method memset, read128pf, ... , read8, write64stoq, ..., write8

New feature:
- The number of instances could also be specified as a percentage of CPUs.

Cygwin specific:
- Requires Cygwin >= 3.6.0 because ...
- ... setproctitle(3) is used to report process state.
- The '--acl' test no longer fails because ACLs not supported by Cygwin are disabled.

The source package supports reproducible builds.

Regards,
Christian Franke
