pkg-config-3.0.4-2-x86_64
pkgconf-3.0.4-2-x86_64
pkgconf is a program which helps to configure compiler and linker flags
for development frameworks. It is an alternative to pkg-config.
This is a re-release to recover the previous location of the personality
directory on Cygwin which was lost due to a missing configuration option
in meson which had to be patched in.
