cygwin setup version 2.194.2.15 : display problem

The image in annex shows a display problem in the latest release of setup. The top of the characters is chopped off. I compressed the image a bit much to keep its size as small as possible.

I am running cygwin on a Latitude c810 with the display set to 1600x1200 pixels, with a fairly standard installation of Windows XP professional. The characters are set to "large size" : 125 %, 120dpi setting.
