Well, I was about to make an annoucement about the new cygwin-doc since it's on the mirrors, but it looks like the setup.hint files weren't updated. Correct ones can be found here:
http://www.cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-apps/2002-08/msg00004.html This is important since newlib-man has been replaced with a empty archive and cygwin-doc now depends on a utility in cygutils. Unless users have all three installed upgrading *will* cause problems.
