Please don't do that!

A cygwin package should not overwrite any configuration file under /etc. The next time your package is installed setup.exe will delete the current /etc/zprofile (maybe customized) and install the new one. Instead provide a default or sample profile and in your postinstall script copy it to zprofile if there's not already one.
