Just one remark: the source package contains the patch at its root and not in CYGWIN-PATCHES where, AFAIK, it's supposed to be (for packages not using build scripts)
Other than that, I've tried out the tools in the ISO-C99 specification (nice & big file) and found no problems :) rlc BTW: wouldn't it be a better idea to just add a Makefile.cygwin file? That way, the same source pack can still be used on other OSs as well..
