Gary: Would you *please* drop that "-r HEAD"!!! As previously discussed, it serves no purpose except to complicate matters. If you haven't updated, I'm not in the least surprised that your diff is big, considering you are way back on 2.379, whilst HEAD is 2.414. Max.
