Thanks for the heads-up. This isn't really an issue, as the page does get
formatted properly, and this isn't a regression from 0.0.3, either
(although these warnings seem to be fewer in 0.0.3). However, the fix was
simple, so I've sent a patch to the upstream maintainer and will post
0.0.4-2 shortly.
