Never mind the mail I just sent - it's a Setup error. (sorry for any confusion)
OTOH: I ran Setup and, while it was downloading Bash, ^D-ed the last Bash instance I had running. Apparently, Bash didn't quite get installed as it was supposed to be (scared the s**t out of me) and disappeared - no bash.exe anywhere..
