If we don't get a response within a week, then, IMO, maintainership of
these packages is up for grabs.
Any objections to this?
Umm...  Stipe's already responded to cygwin-apps regarding these two. 
He said that new versions would be ready for upload soon.  I should 
think that's sufficient enough response?
