just the dvd recorder cdrecord-ProDVD (which needs a terribly long ENV setting) is not that good as nero.
Note: There's also a seperate mingw mode2cdmaker.exe somewhere, which might be faster and more useful, than mkisofs for the common case. putting >730MB movies onto a 800MB CD.
