is there a mailinglist for setup.exe CVS commits?

I really like the cygwin-cvs and newlib-cvs lists for keeping track of
what changes are being made to the DLL and newlib.  Setup is in a
different repository, however, correct?  Is there a list to which I can
subscribe to see commits?
