I guess I give. I have always thought that snapshots should only be installable by people who had enough of a clue to figure out how to use bunzip2 and copy but the standard run of "The latest version of cygwin doesn't work" complaints have convinced me that we need a better way to get people to install and test snapshots.
I was thinking of always making the latest snapshot available as a "test" version of cygwin. Would that be too dangerous or do we need another method for doing this? cgf
