I just uploaded a new version of Cygwin and its utilities to the release-2 area.
This version fixes a problem with cygcheck not recognizing command line parameters when starting via a cygwin program. It also implements the suggestions that Dave Korn meticulously put forth here: http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-developers/2008-08/threads.html#00000 This change is very experimental and I would like to hear if there are any problems with it. Please send problem reports either to cygwin-developers or the main cygwin list. cgf
