Thank you! Unfortunately I have a problem. The patch applies cleanly, but the result doesn't build. The easy part was to fix the usage of `&' in the screen sections, they just have to be converted to `&'. But the really big problem is that the <para> and <itemizedlist> markers are not correctly balanced. I tried to fix that myself, but it occured to me that I'm not sure what your exact intention was.
