Some multimedia packages use mmsystem.h/libwinmm for low-level functions such as optical disc access. OTOH I would be thrilled if winsock.h and friends (which conflict with cygwin's sys/socket.h) would be out of the default search path. > Two versions? Whuh, Huh?
