[PATCH 0/3] Various setup.exe patches

  Change "No package" -> "Unknown package" in postinstall script
    failure report.
  Ensure binary package is selected for non-curr versions.
  Move PrereqChecker.isMet() call out of ChooserPage::OnNext() to a
