Hi package maintaners,
I vaguely remember that I wrote that before, but I would again like to stress that package maintainers should really be subscribed to the Cygwin mailing list. >From my point of view, a package maintainer not subscribed to the normal user's mailing list is not really traking his or her job serious. How are you supposed to know that something in your package is broken, if not from the package users? You can't just pack something and then ignore people's problems. That's not what package maintainance is about. Along the same lines I think it is *very* impolite to require other package maintainers to forward problems with a package to the cygwin-apps mailing list. So, again, please subscribe to the Cygwin mailing list if you not already did so.
