For my incremental autorebase package I've introduced a directory /etc/rebase/dynpath.d/ — it should contain one file per package that has user-installable dynamic objects and list each one on a single line. Since no package does that so far, I've dropped files for perl, php, ruby, R, octave and python2[67]. This doesn't look too out line to me, so I'd say such a directory (not necessarily the one I've chosen) would make good sense.
