I see what you mean about the existing wording. I think that's meant
to be an inclusive-or, though. I'll try to adjust it to make things

I see on git that the patch is included, but the package is still
bzip2 1.0.8-1
that was released by Yaakov.
I assume you will appreciate a 1.0.8-2 ?
It seems like I built a 1.0.8-2 and then left it at test status.
(I guess I meant to do some testing and then remove that, but forgot
about it...)
