Attached are the cygport file and two scripts used for the build process,
which are identical to the scripts in the mintty tools directory.
If this package is installed, this enables mintty 3.8.1 to display graphic
emojis implicitly without further configuration.

Thank you. How would I add this to the mintty cygport? There's no "optional" or
so in the cygport manual.
Mention it in mintty announcements and release notes.
