Now that Cygwin 3.6.5 was released the scallywag job finished (just barely
- 5 hours 50 minutes with a 6 hour limit on a job).

Almost all Cryptographic module of Python are written in Rust and I am
stacked in the upgrade process of a good chunk of them.
