Should I convert everything to .bz2?

So, should I convert everything in the release to .bz2?  Or should we
just let this happen naturally?

Hmm.  I wonder what will happen to the mirrors if I start doing this.
It will probably swamp sources.redhat.com with all of the mirror
downloads.
