slogin missing from latest OpenSSH package

I know that this is a nit and that slogin is just a symlink (to ssh),
but slogin is missing from openssh-2.9p1-2.tar.gz.  slogin was in all
of the previous OpenSSH packages.  Any reason why it was removed?
